Play Value: It must have a broad appeal to be worth the money. Will the child return to use it over and over?
Creativity: Can the child use it in several ways and will the toy foster awareness, appreciation, and involvement in the creative process?
Safety Requirements: Has the product been tested adequately and is it safe for the intended age?
Educational Value: What are the skills or concepts this toy teaches the child?
